    •    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    •    Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

    •    Express Shipping (if offered): 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Fifteen & Fierce is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
