At Fifteen & Fierce, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy before making your purchase.


All Sales Are Final


Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you receive an incorrect or damaged item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Please include:


    •    Your order number


    •    A description of the issue


    •    Clear photos of the item and packaging


Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we'll send a replacement (if available) or issue a store credit or refund.


Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns or exchanges for:


    •    Sale or clearance items


    •    Worn, washed, or altered items


    •    Items without original tags


    •    Items with stains, odors, or signs of wear


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled.


Refunds


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
